每兩年一次，審慎邀請一至兩位具深遠影響力的創科領袖。Every two years, one or two technology leaders of lasting impact are invited.
遴選委員會綜合考量候選人的創科專業成就、行業領導、社會及經濟貢獻、人才培育與專業誠信；每屆只會邀請最多一至兩位人選，並不設替補。The Selection Committee considers technology distinction, leadership, social and economic contribution, talent development and professional integrity. Each cohort invites no more than one or two individuals, with no reserve appointment.
